    ANTONIJA GROS Fine Art Studio welcomes everybody.

    We always endeavour to provide a safe and happy environment for everyone. Our Studio expects students to respect fellow artists, artwork and property. Discrimination on any grounds will not be tolerated. Students deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate behaviour or disruptive to the learning of other students may be removed from the class in consultation with the student’s parent or guardian.

    Please keep our Permission Form updated and current. It is important to advise of any learning disabilities, allergies or any issues that may need to be brought to the teachers attention in advance. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure the studio has current information and notified of any changes regarding phone numbers, addresses, email, medical and individuals authorised for pickup.

    Antonija Gros Fine Art Studio is a registered provider for the Creative Kids Program. Please register with Service NSW and print out the voucher, include the child’s birthdate and email to the studio.

    Payment

    Full payment is required by the start of the first class
    Cancellation one week prior to workshop incurs a $25 administration fee

    Cancellation after the workshop starts forfeits payment unless negotiated

    In the unlikely event the studio cancels a class a credit will be issued.

    Missed Classes

    Adult

    Commitments and unforeseen events often result in missed class time.

    Students should attend the following Term Class 30 minutes earlier in an attempt to catch up.

    Fees are non-refundable and there are no transfers or additional
    catch up classes if your personal circumstances change unless negotiated.

    Classes missed by the teacher will be made up or credited to your account.

    Classes are not held on public or school holidays.

    Kids 8.5-14 years & Teens

    Absence from a class can be made up on one of the other class days, but must be within the term.

    Kids 5-8.5 years

    Due to class timing and structure there are no catch up classes available.
